01 — About Legacy Bridge

What we are, and aren't.

What exactly is Legacy Bridge Publishing?

Legacy Bridge Initiatives is a publishing strategy and intellectual property structuring firm. We help serious thinkers, leaders, and builders publish their work in a way that protects ownership, preserves authority, and supports long-term impact.

What exactly do you do?

We help individuals, founders, and institutions transform their stories, expertise, and intellectual property into published books, global brand assets, and strategic content that builds legacy, credibility, and influence.

Are you a traditional publisher?

No. We do not operate like a mass-market traditional publisher that acquires manuscripts for volume production. We use a structured publishing pathways model, where each project is designed around ownership, control, and long-term value — not just release speed.

Is this vanity publishing?

No. We are selective, rights-first, and strategy-led. We do not operate on volume or mass-market models.

What makes Legacy Bridge different from other publishing services?

Most services focus on producing a book. We focus on protecting an idea. We treat intellectual work as capital that requires structure, rights protection, long-term positioning, and strategic stewardship.
02 — Pathways & Ownership

Ownership is never assumed.

Who owns my intellectual property?

You do. Ownership is never assumed. Any licenses or shared rights are explicit, time-bound, and documented. Specific ownership structures depend on the pathway chosen and are clearly defined in your signed agreement.

What does "publishing pathways" mean?

Publishing pathways are structured models that determine how ownership is held, revenue flows, rights are managed, and long-term control is preserved. Instead of offering generic packages, we design pathways based on your goals, scale, and intellectual vision. See the three pathways →

Can I just buy a service?

No. We do not sell services. We work through structured pathways that protect ownership, rights, and long-term value of your work.

Why are you selective about who you work with?

Because every project becomes part of our intellectual ecosystem. We work best with people who are building authority (not just visibility), thinking beyond trends, and creating work meant to last. Selectivity protects the quality and credibility of all work within our network.

Can anyone work with you?

No. We are a premium publishing and brand elevation firm. We work with individuals and organisations who value excellence, depth, and long-term impact — not just quick printing or vanity publishing.
03 — Process & Timeline

From idea to imprint.

I don't know where to start. Can you guide me?

Absolutely. Most clients begin with a Strategy Session/Consultation. Here we unpack your goals, audience, message, and publishing vision — and recommend the right pathway.

What happens during the first consultation?

The consultation helps us understand your intellectual goals, ownership expectations, publishing intentions, and long-term vision. It is not a sales pitch — it is a strategic clarity session.

How long does it take to publish a book?

Timelines vary based on the project scope. On average, most publishing projects run between 8 weeks to 6 months, depending on writing stage, editing requirements, design complexity, and publishing goals. Serious publishing is not rushed — we prioritise long-term integrity over speed.

Do I need to have a manuscript already?

No. We work with ideas at different stages, depending on pathway fit. We often work at the idea stage to ensure the project is structured properly from the beginning.

How do I begin?

Click the Book Private Consultation button on this website, complete the short form, and our team will reach out with next steps. If your project aligns with our focus, we will invite you to a consultation.
04 — Services

What we deliver.

Do you write books for clients (ghostwriting)?

Yes. We provide manuscript development and structuring support, plus ghostwriting and collaborative writing services for clients who have stories or ideas but require professional support in articulating their message. Full ghostwriting partnerships are considered selectively, depending on the project and fit.

Do you only publish physical books?

No. We publish both physical books and digital formats (eBooks). We also support audiobook production for select projects.

Do you offer marketing and PR support for authors?

Yes. We don't just produce books — we help authors get seen, heard, and positioned for influence. We provide strategic marketing, promotions, launch events, and personal brand positioning services.

Do you handle printing and distribution?

We guide and structure publishing pathways, which may include distribution strategy. However, third-party platforms and distributors operate under their own policies.
05 — Investment & Logistics

The practical details.

Do you offer installment or flexible payments?

For premium services — yes. We allow structured installment plans for qualified clients, depending on the package selected.

Do you work with clients outside Nigeria?

Yes. We work with authors globally. Our team is structured to support remote collaboration. Operating across Lagos, London, and Global Online — round the clock.

Do you guarantee book sales or bestseller status?

No. We focus on authority, positioning, and long-term value — not hype. No ethical publisher can guarantee sales. Book performance depends on market conditions, audience alignment, author positioning, and platform dynamics. Our role is to ensure your work is structured correctly and positioned responsibly — not to promise commercial outcomes.

What if I change my mind after starting?

Publishing involves intellectual labour and planning. Fees are typically non-refundable once work begins, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
